Plurinational State of Bolivia, is the only country in South America without access to any ocean after having lost a war against Chile at the end of the 19th century. Being located in the Andes mountain range, it is a country rich in minerals and is globally recognized for its Silver. They achieved their independence from Spain on August 6, 1825.
